The Public Works department is made up of five very well rounded and dedicated employees. They work on everything from park and street maintenance to water and sewer repairs to snow removal in the winter. Their employment ranges from 1-20 years on the job. The public works department also does the vehicle maintenance for the police department along with the other city vehicles and equipment. Aside all of their many duties, public works also maintains the city pound, and helps any animals that have been impounded.
